Blogger: organizing posts into different pages

1. Publish individual posts, using the labels (as desired) "Blog1", "Blog2", "Home", etc.  Use "Home", if you want a few selected posts on the Home page.
   
2. Ensure the Pages gadget is present in the Layout wizard, as the "menu bar".
3. Setup dynamic pages, targeting the "Blog1", "Blog2", etc label search URLs ("/search/label/Blog1", "/search/label/Blog2", etc), by Editing the Layout Pages gadget, and using "Add external link" under "Pages to show".
4. Setup a static page, as a "Welcome" display, using the dashboard Pages wizard.
   
5. Use a Custom Redirect, and redirect the blog Home page ("/") to your static page ("/p/welcome.html").
6. Alternately, use a Custom Redirect, and redirect the Home page ("/") to the "Home" label search URL ("/search/label/Home"), if you want a few selected posts on the Home page.
